Welcome to Pak Genstack Shipping. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
Pak Genstack Shipping provides ocean freight forwarding services from the USA to Pakistan. Our services include Full Container Load (FCL), Less than Container Load (LCL), and customs brokerage assistance. We act as an agent for the shipper and do not own the ocean vessels.
While we aim for a 30–45 day transit time, all dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Pak Genstack Shipping is not liable for delays caused by weather, port congestion, vessel mechanical failure, or customs inspections.
Our liability is limited according to standard maritime law and the Bill of Lading.
We strongly recommend that shippers purchase comprehensive marine insurance to protect against loss or damage during the ocean voyage.

On average, sea freight transit from major USA ports to Karachi takes between 30 to 45 days. This timeline includes ocean transit, port handling, and standard customs clearance procedures.
LCL (Less than Container Load): You share container space with other shippers and only pay for the volume (cubic meters) your goods occupy, making it very cost-effective for smaller shipments.
For most shipments, you will need a Commercial Invoice, a Packing List, and a Bill of Lading. For personal household goods, a copy of your Passport and an inventory list are also required for customs.
Yes! Genstack Shipping provides expert customs brokerage. We manage the filing of the Goods Declaration (GD) through the WeBOC system and coordinate with Pakistani authorities to ensure your cargo is cleared smoothly.
Pakistan has strict regulations. Commonly prohibited items include firearms, explosives, alcohol, and certain used electronics. Items like mobile phones and medicine require special approvals (e.g., PTA or Health Department certificates) before they can be cleared.
For sea freight, costs are typically based on the volume of the cargo (how much space it takes up) rather than its weight. Total costs include the base ocean freight rate plus any destination charges such as terminal fees and customs duties.
